Leads a team to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and SAP BusinessObjects reports, optimizing data visualization and BI platform performance for enterprise stakeholders.

- 8+ years of BI/Tableau experience

- Row Level Security (RLS)
- Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud Administration
- SQL (DB2 and/or SQL Server preferred)
- SAP Business Objects (BOBJ)
- SAS Enterprise Guide
- Tableau Governance & Release Management
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience

- Healthcare domain experience
- AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue)
- Tableau to Cloud Migration / BI Modernization Projects

- IBM DataStage / Oracle GoldenGate exposure

- Experience in modernizing legacy BI environments (especially BOBJ
to Tableau or Cloud migrations)
