The Lead Teacher works with children of all ages to deliver fun, engaging programs while supporting daily operations, parent communication, and the team. Weekend availability is required, and college students are welcome to apply. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth.

This role supports multiple age groups and programs including classes, camps, parties, Parents’ Night Out, and special events. You’ll help manage the classroom, communicate with families, and support daily operations—while growing through a structured training plan with opportunities for advancement.

• Teach and assist across all programs and events
• Create a fun, safe, and organized environment
• Communicate professionally with parents and families
• Help with tours, walk-ins, and basic admin tasks
• Support team members, mobile programs, and community events
