Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time
Position Type: Permanent
Pay: $17 per hour

Join our team of passionate early childhood educators. We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Lead Teacher to create a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our toddler classroom. This role focuses on supporting children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through intentional teaching and play-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate summer camp activities for school-age children.

• Create a warm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports early development.

• Observe and document children's developmental progress and communicate findings with families.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.

• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.

• Follow all safety, supervision, and program guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree in Education (or equivalent), or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent)

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience

• Certifications: CPR certification and background check required
