Job Title: Lead Teacher, Early Childhood – Lakestones Academy University Center, Lawrenceville, GA

About the Role
Lakestones Academy University Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia, part of the Otter Learning family of schools, is looking for an experienced Lead Teacher. We help children grow into lifelong learners through a play-based curriculum, supported by a caring, collaborative team. Your Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and take part in age-appropriate activities that support children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development
• Prepare children, from infants to school-age, for kindergarten using our provided curriculum
• Help with daily care, including feeding, diapering, and nap time
• Keep parents and team members informed through our classroom management system
• Lead classroom management and respond to requests from the Assistant Director or Director

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• One of the following: Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Care and Education, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Associate degree in Education, or an equivalent qualification

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on region, education, and experience
