**Lead Technical Artist / Art Director (Core Team)**

Wonders.ai is seeking a Lead Technical Artist to own the visual direction and technical art quality of darlin™ (www.darlin.ai). This core team position requires exceptional artistic taste, strong Unity expertise, and hands-on execution across 3D production, rendering, and optimization.

We want someone who genuinely loves anime characters, obsesses over aesthetics, and constantly strives to make characters more beautiful, expressive, and alive. You must be capable of directing visual quality AND personally implementing improvements.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Art Direction:** Own visual identity, establish quality standards, guide artists, and continuously elevate character and environment aesthetics.
2. **Character Aesthetics:** Refine facial proportions, eyes, hair, skin, clothing, expressions, and lighting to achieve outstanding anime-style visuals.
3. **Rendering & Shaders:** Develop and optimize Unity URP, NiloToon, PBR, Shader Graph, HLSL, materials, and post-processing.
4. **Character Animation:** Improve rigging, blendshapes, IK, facial expressions, and natural character movements.
5. **3D Production:** Work hands-on with modeling, textures, materials, VFX, lighting, scene composition, and asset creation.
6. **Performance:** Optimize shaders, rendering pipelines, GPU/CPU usage, and assets across PC and mobile platforms.
7. **Technical Leadership:** Improve art pipelines, develop Unity/C# tools, review visual implementations, and own features through release.
8. **Innovation:** Explore new rendering and AI-assisted tools, proactively identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.

**Requirements**

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional anime aesthetics and technical execution.
• Professional Unity, shader development, 3D production, and rendering experience.
• Ability to establish art direction while remaining hands-on.
• Strong ownership, independent problem-solving, and obsessive attention to detail.

5. **3D制作：** モデリング、テクスチャ、マテリアル、VFX、ライティング、シーン構築、アセット制作。
6. **性能最適化：** PC・モバイル向けGPU/CPU、描画処理、シェーダー、アセットの最適化。
7. **技術リーダーシップ：** Unity/C#ツール開発、制作フロー改善、実装品質管理、リリースまでの責任。
8. **技術革新：** 新しい描画技術・AIツールの活用、美的・技術的課題の発見と改善。
