Lead Technical Business Analyst

We are searching for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to lead customer-facing analysis for a healthcare payer front-end modernization replacing a legacy app. You will derive requirements from test cases, UI walkthroughs, and interviews, then guide stakeholders and UX toward implementable backlog items—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Explore and document current system functionality and business processes
• Drive features from discovery through delivery and closure
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Team
• Communicate across business and technical stakeholder groups
• Collaborate with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
• Create and maintain product documentation, requirement specs, guides, and release notes
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for designated Product modules
• Ensure captured requirements remain accurate, complete, usable, and high quality
• Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
• Drive acceptance testing for delivered backlog items

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a mature, self-driven problem-solving approach
• Critical thinking strength and a client-focused mindset
• Capability to propose solutions and translate requirements for UX/UI designers to hit business objectives
• Strong proficiency in user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
• Readiness to contribute to the Team’s Business Analysis processes and standards
• Experience in web application design with a tech-savvy mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+ proficiency)
• Hands-on Agile experience with Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Ability to analyze data to validate assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
• High stress resilience
