Lead Technical Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the end-to-end service, maintenance, and installation of physical security systems
• Managing a team of service engineers, driving project delivery, and serving as the primary client liaison for technical operations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise a group of service engineers.
• Set performance targets, manage resource allocation, and support career development.
• Oversee security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming per required standards.
• Prepare service scopes and develop project plans.
• Act as the primary contact for client representatives on all service and maintenance matters.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical capabilities and operational procedures, ensuring all work complies with workplace safety standards.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Min 6 years of demonstrable success in a technical leadership role, ideally within the Security and CCTV sector.
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party systems is an advantage.
