Lead Technical Program Manager

Lead complex cross-functional programs across product launches, platform modernization, operational tooling, and infrastructure. Define roadmaps and priorities, coordinate engineering squads and partners, manage transformations and vendors, improve delivery practices and reporting, communicate program health to leadership, and mentor technical program managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across product launches, platform modernization, operational tooling, and infrastructure initiatives
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs
• Coordinate execution across engineering squads and partner teams
• Drive transformation initiatives involving process redesign, automation, system migrations, and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Operations
• Manage external vendors and financial partners and identify delivery risks
• Strengthen Agile delivery practices, CI/CD processes, governance frameworks, and program reporting
• Communicate program health, risks, trade-offs, and progress to senior leadership
• Mentor technical program managers and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth environments
• Experience bringing products or platforms from concept through launch
• Technical acumen across mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure
• Experience leading system migrations, process redesign, automation, or platform consolidation
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners
• Experience using dashboards, analytics, and experimentation frameworks
• Communication skills for translating technical, operational, and regulatory complexity into business recommendations
• Experience influencing across organizations without direct authority
• Fintech experience across banking, payments, lending, or credit products is a bonus
• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, and GCP is a bonus
• Agile, SAFe, or Project Management certifications are a bonus
