Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience in both fiber optic network design/deployment (OSP) and data center infrastructure (ISP).
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in network, fiber, electrical, and mechanical (cooling) systems.
- Experience working with global carriers and stakeholders in the EMEA and APAC telecommunications and data center markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and build consensus among high-level executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record in new product initiatives (NPI), specifically in defining standards for deployable infrastructure solutions.
