Lead Technical Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles while partnering with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, interview processes, talent sourcing, recruiting metrics, process improvement, and recruiter mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce planning, and interview processes.
• Build pipelines of passive technical talent through sourcing and networking.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and candidate evaluation.
• Drive recruiting metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
• Improve recruiting processes using AI, automation, and recruiting technology.
• Champion the candidate experience from outreach through closing.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers and establish recruiting best practices.
• Refine the employer brand within engineering communities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering organizations at high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated success hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders.
• Understanding of technical organizations and engineering talent markets.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering stakeholders and executives.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities.
• Data-driven recruiting strategy and process improvement.
• Communication and relationship management skills.
