Lead Technician Facility Services (m/f/d)

In this role you will be responsible for shift management (UPW/WWT, Gas & Chemistry) at our site in Villach.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Management of subordinate employees
- Coordination and communication of operations and maintenance activities
- Coordination of shift staffing and personnel requirements in consultation with the Operations Manager
- Efficiency monitoring, resource planning, control of activities, and monitoring of compliance with quality management guidelines in the operations area
- Contact person for the customer and support with media planning
- Willingness to perform assigned tasks in the operations area (on-call duty, maintenance, repair, analysis, media changes, transport, etc.), including additional shifts on weekends if the shift is not staffed
- Contact person for the customer, superiors, and employees in case of problems
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational safety, hazardous materials, cleanroom, and dangerous goods regulations, as well as applicable legal and company regulations
- Active participation in the safety culture through attendance at safety training and the immediate reporting of workplace accidents and safety-related incidents
