Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems for telecom applications .
• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define software requirements and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in software development , with a significant focus on telecommunications systems.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software projects.
• Expertise in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go, and experience with cloud-native development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols and network systems is essential.
