Introduction & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Tester to support a major HR and Payroll transformation initiative. This role requires a strong background in Payroll systems testing, particularly in managing the validation and transition to a cloud-based Payroll platform.
Main Responsibilities
The Lead Tester will ensure comprehensive validation of all Payroll and Time & Attendance processes prior to go-live.
- Define test strategy.
- Prepare test plans.
- Design test scenarios.
- Execute functional testing.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate Payroll calculations.
- Validate Time & Attendance processes.
- Ensure end-to-end process quality.
- Track and resolve defects.
- Support Go-Live activities.
Key Requirements
- Previous Payroll systems testing experience.
- Experience with HRIS, Payroll or Time & Attendance solutions.
- Strong functional testing background.
- Experience leading UAT.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Nice to Have
- SAP Payroll experience.
- Sage Payroll experience.
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.).
