Lead Thermal Design Engineer - Coldplate

We are seeking a Coldplate Design Engineer to join our team and drive the development of advanced thermal solutions for next-generation data center hardware. In this role, you will design and optimize cold plates for liquid-cooled servers and switches, ensuring high reliability, manufacturability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver efficient thermal designs, validate system-level cooling performance, and resolve thermal challenges through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. This position requires strong expertise in mechanical design, thermal simulation, and system integration to enable cutting-edge liquid cooling technologies

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Design cold plates mechanically, including tolerance analysis, TIM selection, thermal simulation and optimization
• Ensure cold plate reliability and manufacturability (DFM/DFR) by collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Deliver high-efficiency liquid cooling
