Independently monitor and manage timely invoicing, collections, revenue accounting, and profitability reporting for the assigned business unit, providing accurate MIS and financial insights to support decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share timely event-wise and business unit profitability reports, highlighting revenue, costs, margins, and key variances and Partner with the Corporate Volunteering team to track event financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end invoicing for corporate volunteering events, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and drive timely collections to improve cash flow.
- Ensure accurate revenue accounting, customer reconciliations, and month-end closure for the assigned business unit.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards covering invoicing, collections, profitability, and key business performance metrics
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Semi Qualified CA / CMA , MBA Finance / Commerce Graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, or Business Finance.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
