Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour
Hours: Must be able to work hours between 6:30am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Noah's Ark is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team. As an Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with toddlers and providing quality care.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Must be able to complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
