Lead Trade Compliance Analyst

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. This is a Remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the development, implementation, and oversight of corporate and program wide International Trade Compliance Frameworks.

  • Authorize export and import compliance protocols, validate International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) licensing strategies, and implement governance structures to ensure total alignment with Federal Customs and Border Protection regulations.

  • Orchestrates regulatory compliance operations, customs clearances, and international transport authorizations across the USPACOM AOR to support distributed logistics networks.

  • Manage complex technical data packages, validate export licenses, and oversee Host Nation customs permit processing at Theater Joint Distribution Center nodes.

  • Direct internal compliance audits and lead the resolution of international trade, ITAR, or border discrepancies with Mission Partners and customs authorities.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Professional certification in Trade Compliance (e.g., Certified ITAR Professional [CIP] or Certified Export Specialist [CES]).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in related discipline.

  • Experience managing export/import control regimes for USSOCOM or USPACOM programs.

  • Extensive familiarity with Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and international Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a fully adjudicated Secret clearance after starting.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
