Lead Web Designer at Revolutionary Startup Social Enterprise
We want to change the world. We’re a team of fast-executing social entrepreneurs on a mission to build the future of social change. We’ve bootstrapped our development so far, but we’ve gotten to a critical point in our growth where we want to add a lead web designer.
Your role will be to take to the next level in terms of usability and design. What we’re building has never been done before. We’re looking for someone who is absolutely dedicated to changing the world through web design.
We don’t want someone who will say yes and implement every feature we ask for. What we want is a partner. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone with a vision for the future of our company, and someone who has the desire and drive to make it a reality.
Design & Typography Background--you’re ready to shape the look and feel of iFLIP4
Ability to create site maps, wireframes, and visual layouts
Understanding of responsive web design, webfonts and grids
Ability to build and add to the social and interactive experience of
Incredible attention to detail, but still able to see the big picture
Strong UI/UX background
Proficient in Adobe creative suite
Can create layouts for email campaigns
Pursuing or hold a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or similar
Photo editing experience a plus
- Experience designing mobile apps a plus
Time and Pay:
This is primarily an equity position, with a negotiable stipend to start. We are located in East Hanover, NJ, and telecommuting is fine with us.
