Job Responsibilities
The role
You will lead the development, performance and search visibility of a portfolio of websites across our brands and languages. This is a hands-on role: you build, fix and ship yourself, and you set the technical and SEO direction for the whole group.
You will work across the full stack, from front-end design and conversion to back-end, hosting, integrations and tracking. You will own organic search end to end, from technical SEO and site architecture to content strategy and keyword ownership between our brands.
You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with management in Europe, our IT and our content and sales colleagues. Our working language is English, and we expect excellent written and spoken communication.
Core tasks
- Lead the technical management of multiple websites and language versions across the group's brands
- Build, maintain and improve websites end to end: front end, back end, CMS, hosting, performance and security
- Own the SEO strategy for all sites: technical SEO, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and keyword ownership between brands
- Grow organic traffic and turn it into qualified student leads and applications
- Plan and optimize landing pages, forms and user journeys for conversion
- Set up and maintain reliable tracking and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console) so we always have clean data
- Integrate websites with our CRM (Zoho) and other business systems
- Lead website projects such as rebuilds, migrations and site consolidations without losing rankings
- Guide content creators on SEO and technical requirements
- Set targets and KPIs, and report on results and insights to management
- Take a leading role in group-wide digital projects
