Lead Welder

The Welder is responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components using welding equipment and techniques. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, follow safety protocols, and ensure high-quality workmanship in a variety of industrial and construction settings.

Include:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment (MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding).
• Weld metal components together using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy; perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
