Role Overview

As a Leader-Clinic Service Representaivev, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient registration and check-in/check-out processes. You will support both patients and clinic staff by managing insurance verification, cash collections, and chart reconciliation. Your leadership will be vital in guiding Clinic Service Representatives and contributing to a culture of service excellence.

What You Will Do

• Follow standard operating procedures for patient registration, including face-to-face check-in and check-out.
• Perform preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage patient discharge processes.
• Serve as a resource for Clinic Service Representatives and assist with new hire training.
• Discuss patients' general financial responsibilities and connect them with the Customer Service Center.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, supporting both patients and clinic staff.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience as a Clinic Service Representative.
• Demonstrated excellence in utilizing HFHS EHR.
• Excellent work quality and quantity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and ages.
• Dependable and punctual with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
