What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As a Leader in Training (also known as our Operations Manager Trainee), your goal is to master people management out in the field. This hands-on management trainee program is designed to teach you operations from the ground up:

Field Operations & Leadership: Learn crew management, schedule work, review timesheets, and manage jobs across educational, corporate, and industrial sites.

Hands-On Rotation: Build credibility by working alongside frontline staff in janitorial and specialty services (cleaning, pressure washing, and equipment operation).

HR & Safety Management: Gain experience interviewing, onboarding, and coaching frontline staff while executing retention and engagement strategies.

Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to inspect field work for quality, safety compliance, and completion.

Business Exposure: Gain exposure to sales, customer relations, and budget management to build a well-rounded foundation as a future field operations manager.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

Education: Recent college graduate (up to 1 year post-graduation).

Commitment: Ability to commit to a structured, immersive 1-year Leader in Training / management trainee program.

Drive: An outgoing, personable attitude with a clear goal of pursuing field operations management rather than finance or data analytics.

Physical Capability: Willingness to work in a highly physical role in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Flexibility: Adaptable to changing schedules, including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekend rotations.

Skills: Strong people skills, verbal communication, and a safety-first mindset.
