Leader of Finance & Admin (Assistant Manager/Manager)/ 財務暨行政管理部主管

1. Manage, lead, and support the finance/admin. team members to ensure the processes are correctly performed and well complied with both internal and external policies and requirements.
2. Responsible for monthly closing, financial reporting/analysis, data summary for management use.
3. Responsible for budgeting preparation and cash flow forecast
4. Equipped with internal control knowledge, has experience on reacting to internal/external audit and could be contact window of related audit.
5. In accordance with laws and regulations and internal needs, setup policies or procedures and make necessary adjustments on a regular basis or in needs.
6. Well understand related operating procedures and procedures and could make necessary revisions.
7. Can be responsible for any additional tasks related to the department as assigned by supervisor, if necessary.
