You’ll lead a team of 12 in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every vehicle is received, inspected, and processed accurately — meeting both our internal standards and our customers’ expectations. Your leadership will directly influence operational performance, safety compliance, and team morale.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily yard activities to meet Yard Management and customer requirements.
- Ensure your team understands and follows all Yard Management processes.
- Oversee and train staff on standardized inbound and post-campaign vehicle inspections.
- Train team members on the use of scanners, computers, and other yard equipment.
- Utilize the VASCOR Knowledge Base to support operational excellence.
- Complete and review all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Apply and train your team on our Quality Management System.
- Enforce HR and Safety policies to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
- Manage a team of 12 employees in a high-volume, fast-moving yard.
- Ensure accurate arrival logging of all inbound vehicles.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, yard operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience training and developing team members.
- Familiarity with yard management processes, inspection procedures, and quality systems.
- Comfortable using scanners, computers, and operational software.
