We are looking for an experienced Leading Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support the company's day-to-day legal operations across a broad range of areas, including corporate, compliance, and commercial matters. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working across diverse legal domains and wants to grow within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues, providing well-structured, practical recommendations;
• Support the opening and maintenance of bank accounts worldwide, including liaising with banks and handling related documentation;
• Ensure legal compliance across multiple areas of the business, including data protection, marketing, and consumer protection;
• Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents;
• Support day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Provide legal support to other departments, assisting in business decision-making;
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm);
• Strong legal research and analytical skills;
• Practical experience with international bank account opening procedures;
• Solid understanding of data protection, marketing, and consumer protection regulations;
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
• Fluent English (written and spoken), including legal drafting;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate complex legal matters in plain business language.

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience in fintech/iGaming/e-commerce
