Job Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing Lean strategies and methodologies across all departments and processes.

· Identifying opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization throughout the organization.

· Leading Lean training sessions and workshops to educate employees on Lean principles and tools.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement projects and establish performance metrics.

· Analyzing data and conducting process audits to monitor the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.

· Guiding and supporting project teams in implementing Lean practices and achieving project objectives.

· Mentoring and coaching employees at all levels to foster a Lean mindset and drive positive change.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar Lean leadership role.

· Deep understanding of Lean methodologies, tools, and principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a culture of continuous improvement.

· Very good knowledge of English.
