LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Training Needs Analysis & Planning

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR and line managers

  • Compile the annual L&D calendar

  • Align training plans to business strategy and individual development plans

Programme Design & Coordination

  • Coordinate design and delivery of internal training programmes

  • Source and manage external training providers

  • Schedule and logistically manage all training events (venues, travel, materials)

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Maintain and administer the LMS

  • Upload content, track completion, and generate reports

  • Ensure accurate training records for all staff

Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate and deliver structured onboarding/induction programmes for new joiners across all JIB locations

  • Ensure consistency of onboarding experience

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Support implementation of leadership development programmes

  • Coordinate mentoring and coaching schemes

  • Manage graduate/trainee development programmes

Compliance & Mandatory Training

  • Ensure all mandatory and regulatory training is scheduled, tracked, and completed on time

  • Maintain compliance training registers

L&D Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile monthly/quarterly training reports

  • Track training hours, completion rates, and ROI

  • Present insights to Head of HC

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with training vendors

  • Process invoices

  • Support L&D budget tracking and variance reporting

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Capital

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent L&D certification preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years in L&D, training coordination, or HR generalist role with strong L&D focus

  • Experience administering an LMS

  • Experience working in a multi-country or multinational environment preferred

  • Exposure to blended learning design an advantage

Skills

  • LMS administration, training facilitation, MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), data reporting, vendor coordination

  • Highly organised, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, proactive, able to work across cultures and time zones, passion for people development
