Key Responsibilties

  • Manage communication and collaboration with stakeholders to identify employee development needs.
  • Ensure learning programs are planned and executed in alignment with business needs, timelines, and defined targets.
  • Optimize the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, participation monitoring, and learning reporting.
  • Manage Learning & Development operations, including training calendars, training administration, vendors, budgets, documentation, and program evaluations.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors, and relevant functions to deliver employee development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Min 7 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across various organizational levels.
  • Proven experience managing learning programs end-to-end, from planning and implementation to evaluation.
  • Good understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) management and optimization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and insights related to learning effectiveness.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
