This hands-on role blends training coordination, facilitation, onboarding, program creation, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be responsible for:Coordinating onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisationEvaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementDesign, coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the businessContributing to broader organisational development, culture and capability initiatives.Providing professional advice to leaders and stakeholders on learning solutions, development pathways and capability uplift.Conduct training needs analyses and develop relevant training plans.This position is full-time and located in our Townsville office.
