Learning and Development Executive

The Learning & Development Executive is a dynamic and essential member of the HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of Monash University Malaysia L&D strategies and initiatives. This role is crucial in assisting with the creation and delivery of engaging learning programs, managing key L&D logistics, and contributing to a culture of continuous development for all academic and professional staff. Working closely with the Senior Manager, L&D, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring effective program coordination, budget tracking, and data collection to support the University talent growth and strategic goals.
