This role sits within Nike HR's Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem. A team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Operations, you'll partner closely with L&D design, facilitation, and operations teams to ensure programs and experiences are ready to launch and run smoothly. You'll also collaborate with Workday partners, event planning teams, cross-functional and regional stakeholders, as well as external vendors to deliver a consistent, high-quality participant experience.

temporary assignment until September 2027

The Learning & Development Operations Specialist leads the execution and supports the continuous improvement of learning programs and experiences that reflect Nike culture, inspire connection, and drive performance. We're looking for someone who takes ownership and thrives on sweating the details. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning day-to-day operational activities across program planning, logistics, systems, communications, and reporting, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for learners and partners. - 2-3+ years of experience in operations, learning, program/event planning and coordination, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training). - Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities, tasks, and deadlines independently. - Strong attention to detail and fol...
