Role Overview
- Learning isn't just something you deliver—it's something you inspire.
- As our Learning & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that empower employees with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to succeed. You'll facilitate onboarding programs, deliver impactful learning initiatives, and help continuously enhance our Learning Academy to ensure employees have the tools they need to perform at their best.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you'll turn learning needs into engaging, practical programs that support both individual growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging onboarding programs for new employees.
- Deliver and continuously improve internal learning and development programs.
- Guide learners through structured development pathways using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Become proficient in existing learning content, systems, and learning portals to facilitate training confidently.
- Design and develop learning materials, including:
- Facilitator guides
- Presentations
- Videos
- Assessments
- E-learning resources
- Facilitator guides
- Monitor learner progress, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
- Analyze learner feedback and recommend improvements to learning programs.
- Continuously enhance the internal Learning Academy to keep content current and effective.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support capability development.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training & Facilitation, Adult Learning or Instructional Design.
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and systems.
(Nice-to-Have):
- Experience designing and delivering engaging workshops.
- Experience creating e-learning content.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini.
- Exposure to Australian BPO, Registered Training Organizations (RTO), education, mortgage broking, or financial services industries.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid.
- Location: Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
