- Professional-level facilitation skills for various online team sessions (retrospectives, strategy sessions, brainstorming sessions, sharing sessions, workshops, webinars).
- Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders: identifying needs, collecting and structuring expertise, designing solutions, coordinating development, and aligning on the final outcome.
- Experience launching and moderating community-based formats.
- Experience promoting L&D products and initiatives internally: developing communications, engagement mechanics, and activities aimed at increasing reach and audience engagement.
- Excellent written communication skills: ability to independently create clear, well-structured, and persuasive “sales-oriented” copy, presentations, and other content for different audiences.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles, as well as approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of L&D solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Education, or a related field.
