Description
1. Training needs analysis
Identify and assess training needs across all farm functions.
Conduct assessments and gather data to define skill gaps.
2. Training design & development
Design structured training programs (technical & soft skills).
Develop training materials and learning content tailored to agricultural roles.
3. Training delivery
Deliver training sessions to employees across different levels.
Facilitate both classroom and on-site (field) training.
4. Performance tracking & reporting
Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs.
Prepare and present training reports and insights.
5. L&D operations support
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to training activities.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions across different sites.
Summary of key responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments for farm employees.
- Design and implement training plans and programs.
- Deliver technical and non-technical training sessions.
- Track employee performance and training impact.
- Prepare reports on training progress and outcomes.
- Support routine learning & development operations.
Requirements
Educational background & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture Engineering, Food Science, or any relevant discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in training delivery in learning & development function.
Certification of ToT (Train the Trainer) is a plus.
Previous experience in FMCGs, agriculture, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
Good command of English language.
Flexibility to move between different company agriculture sector sites.
High eagerness to learn.
