TUMO Labs is the educational direction of the EU TUMO Convergence Center, a tuition-free applied science and engineering hub that bridges higher education and industry. Designed for learners aged 18 and above, TUMO Labs prepares participants for careers in technology, engineering, and innovation through industry-relevant education and real-world projects.
Built on a just-in-time learning methodology, the program combines guided self-learning with project-based learning to help students develop practical skills in technology, applied science, and engineering. Through hands-on learning and collaboration, participants gain the knowledge and experience needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving global workforce.
About the Role
As a Learning and Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering TUMO Labs' educational programs by coordinating learning activities, supporting students throughout their educational journey, and ensuring the smooth technical operation of the program. Working closely with students, instructors, and cross-functional teams, you will help create an engaging learning experience while supporting technical projects, maintaining program tools and systems, and continuously improving program delivery. This role combines education, technology, and operations to help learners succeed in technology and engineering fields.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of learning programs and activities designed to support students' growth and development, while collaborating on student engagement events.
Conduct admission, onboarding and educational activities for the students of the program, ensuring their successful participation in the program, including workshops and other activities from the launch to graduation
Coordinate and check students projects in various programming skills
Assist in execution of the entrepreneurial projects such as incubation, pre-acceleration and acceleration programs
Identify, assess, and address technical issues across programs by coordinating with IT and engineering teams
Develop and implement lightweight tools and solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance overall program efficiency
Maintain and update program-related hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving program requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ learning progress and evaluation. Analyze data to help assess the effectiveness of learning programs
Collaborate with internal communication team conveying learning opportunities to students, including creating small announcements and registrations
Be a point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries, managing enrollments, and ensuring a positive learning experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination or technical coordination. Recent graduates with strong relevant experience through internships or extracurricular projects are encouraged to apply
Experience in coordinating educational programs, workshops or bootcamps is considered an asset
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, AI tools) is preferred
Technical proficiency, including the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and coordinate with technical teams, and review student projects across various programming languages
Experience in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to monitor program performance and learner progress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
