Learning & Development Coordinator

The L&D Coordinator develops, deploys, and monitors training collateral associated with process and policies, both to address non-compliance and to communicate new process and policies. The L&D Coordinator also serves as the administrator of the U1 L&D platform, keeping rosters and cohorts up to date, and providing reporting to both the Director of Business Process & Organizational Excellence, as well as other business leaders as necessary.
  • Strategic Learning & Development: Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, leveraging educational tools and platforms to reinforce proper process execution as well as development across the organization.
  • Training Collateral Creation: Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality training materials and collateral.
  • Data Analytics & Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and maintain L&D dashboards.
  • LMS Administration: Using data provided by HR, Vendor Management, and other department leads, develop and maintain learner cohorts within the LMS platform. Assign coursework and schedule instructor lead training.
  • Executive Reporting: Regularly report training completion rates and trends directly to the Director of Business Process and Organizational Excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Background in Learning Management Systems (Thinkific, Absorb, TalentLMS, etc.) administration.
  • Experience in developing learning collateral (SCORM compliant, or other).
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to determine training needs, and develop plans to deploy and monitor necessary training.
  • Experience in fast-growing or multi-division companies is preferred.
