Requirements
- 🎓 2–4 years of relevant L&D / instructional design experience
- 💡 Strong programme/project management, analytical and communication skills
- 📊 Experience in learning needs analysis and evaluation
- 🤝 Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- ⚡ Proactive, meticulous, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 🌱 Passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop online, blended and classroom learning programmes
- Conduct learning needs analysis and develop training materials
- Collaborate with SMEs and agency stakeholders
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Manage end-to-end programme development, including timelines, budgets and stakeholders
- Research emerging L&D trends and methodologies
- Support consultancy projects in design thinking, process improvement and organisational transformation
