Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Proven experience in learning, organisational development, employee experience, or related people disciplines, with a proven track record in fast-paced, complex environments managing multiple priorities
  • Strategic learning design and facilitation expertise, including learner-centred programme design for both classroom and virtual delivery, combined with comfort using digital tools, AI, and blended learning solutions
  • Business partnering acumen with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels, think critically about evidence-based solutions, and challenge the business constructively to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Programme management and transformation experience, with demonstrated success in cultural or strategic transformation projects, vendor management, and measuring learning impact through robust metrics

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Build a strong understanding of commercial strategy and identify where learning can strategically support business objectives, translating these insights into effective solutions
  • Partner with business leaders to design and deliver best-in-class learning interventions that align with both commercial and people needs
  • Assist the business in planning and managing learning strategy in line with overall business strategy, ensuring alignment and coherence
  • Support the business in driving a culture of continuous, self-driven learning that empowers professionals to own their development
  • Develop and nurture effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, the wider People & Purpose team, and Deloitte's global networks
  • Ensure the highest standards in the design and facilitation of key skills development programmes, maintaining excellence in delivery
  • Design effective learning interventions using the right blend of experiential, virtual, and self-guided resources to maximise impact and engagement
  • Manage vendor relationships strategically, ensuring best-in-class providers are selected and these partnerships are actively managed and reviewed
