Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager for a leading retail organisation in Central Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee training and development programs.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps across retail operations.
• Develop learning initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity.
• Support leadership development and management training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes.
• Work with HR and business leaders to align training with organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
• Retail industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Central Africa.
