Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and deliver onboarding, refreshment, and sales training programs for the sales team.
- Create, update, and maintain sales training materials and learning content.
- Facilitate training sessions, role plays, coaching, and mentoring to improve sales performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and competency gaps.
- Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Education, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Sales Coaching, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience delivering sales training and a strong understanding of sales processes, customer handling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to identify training needs.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
