Requirements
- Relevant experience or strong interest in L&D, instructional design or adult learning
- Experience in programme design, facilitation or learning delivery is an advantage
- Strong communication, organisational, analytical and project management skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels
- Proactive, adaptable and resourceful
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 🎓 Fresh graduates with a strong passion for L&D are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning programmes for service, compliance and enforcement
- Develop classroom, online and blended learning programmes and materials
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning resources
- Facilitate workshops, learning sessions and discussions
- Manage programme development, timelines, budgets and stakeholders
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Research L&D trends and support consultancy projects
