💼 Role: Learning Experience Designer

What You'll Do:

🎯 Design and develop engaging, highly technical eLearning content using various formats, including videos, animations, assessments, gamification, and simulations.

📝 Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and cross-functional teams to transform complex technical information into effective learning experiences.

🎨 Create high-quality graphics and multimedia content while following established design guidelines and style guides.

💡 Apply instructional design principles and best practices to develop impactful and learner-centered content.

🤖 Leverage AI tools such as Claude and HeyGen to streamline content development and enhance learning experiences.

📈 Manage project progress, coordinate with SMEs, and continuously improve content development processes.

🤝 Participate in daily Scrum stand-ups, collaborate with team members, and contribute innovative ideas in a fast-paced Agile environment.

🔧 Utilize modern authoring and project management tools, including Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, JIRA, and LMS platforms.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent experience.

✅ At least 2 years of experience in graphic or course development design, instructional design, and working with subject matter experts.

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and remote or hybrid work environments.

✅ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

✅ Strong graphic design skills and knowledge of instructional design principles.

✅ Experience using AI video creation tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms.

✅ Familiarity with Claude, automation tools, LMS platforms, and JIRA.

✅ Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

✅ A portfolio or work samples showcasing your eLearning and graphic design projects is required.

⭐ Experience in Education Technology or Manufacturing industries is an advantage.

⭐ Professional certifications such as WIDe, CPTD, or CPT are a plus.
