Learning Experience Designer

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong expertise in designing experiential, game-based, and story-driven learning.
• Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Vyond, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of adult learning, behavior change models, and design thinking.
• Experience working on blended and digital learning formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing timelines and deliverables.
