Learning Program Manager - 1 year term
Position Summary
The Learning Program Manager designs, governs, and measures scalable learning programs that directly support organizational goals. This role ensures initiatives are strategically aligned, evidence-based, and measurable, driving outcomes like adoption, retention, compliance, and learner success. The Learning Program Manager partners with teams to translate business strategy into structured learning programs and maintain governance frameworks that enable continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Translate business priorities into structured, measurable learning programs that drive adoption, retention, and compliance.
Define program goals, blueprints, and governance standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
Manage intake and prioritization of new initiatives, balancing strategic importance, impact, and risk.
Establish program success metrics and partner with Data & Insights teams to track KPIs through dashboards.
Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model to scope needs and assess effectiveness.
Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists to deliver high-quality, on-time programs.
Align and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, continuously improving processes and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: At least 3 years managing learning or enablement programs, or equivalent experience coordinating cross-functional learning initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment.
Program Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to translate business goals into structured, outcome-focused learning programs that align to organizational priorities.
Governance & Organization: Skilled at building repeatable processes, managing intake and prioritization, and ensuring programs launch on time and within scope.
Measurement & Reporting: Comfortable defining success metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, completion) and partnering with data teams to track progress through dashboards or reports.
Learning Science Application: Working knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick), and approaches that support retention and behavior change.
Operational Efficiency: Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across Product, CX, and Enablement teams.
Quality Ownership: Takes responsibility for program quality and seeks opportunities to enhance alignment between learning outcomes and business goals.
Tools & Platforms: Experience using LMS platforms and project tracking tools; comfortable learning new technologies like LEAi, Clueso, or PowerBI to enhance efficiency.
Mindset: Structured, collaborative, and growth-oriented. Balances execution discipline with curiosity, learning from results to improve program quality over time.
