Learning Solutions Development Coordinator- São Paulo (Hybrid)
Role Purpose
Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of corporate learning solutions. Drive innovation through emerging technologies, learning methodologies, pilots, analytics, and AI-enabled training initiatives while leading a multidisciplinary team.
Key Accountabilities:
Learning Solutions & Innovation
- Lead corporate training programs from concept to implementation and evaluation.
- Drive research, pilots, and adoption of new learning technologies, methodologies, and AI tools.
- Ensure learning content is pedagogically sound, business-aligned, and compliant with global standards.
Project & Team Leadership
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, resources, and project delivery.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to meet learning and business needs.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and impact assessments.
- Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote innovation, efficiency, and best practices across learning projects.
Candidate Profile:
Experience & Capability
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, HR, or related field.
- Previous experience leading corporate learning or training programs.
- Experience managing innovation, continuous improvement, or educational technology initiatives is preferred.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and projects.
- Previous experience as Learning Consultant - desirable
Technical Strength
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards is a plus.
- Experience implementing AI-powered tools and solutions is desirable.
