Learning Support Executive (Part Time)
Certis Corporate University (CCU) is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented part‑time assistant to support learning operations, LMS administration, and programmes funded by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate course administration, timely handling of learner queries, and strong compliance support for all matters related to grants received by Certis Corporate University.
Key Responsibilities
A) Course & Training Administration (Core)
Support provisions of courses in the LMS and SAP and ensuring governance of course creation and enrollments.
Coordinate with BU training coordinators on enrolment ownership, corrections, and clarifications.
Prepare accurate attendance lists and learner records for internal and external stakeholders.
B) Learner, BU & Stakeholder Queries
Handle and track onboarding, registration, cancellation, and attendance‑related queries from learners, BUs, and CCU stakeholders.
Investigate discrepancies (e.g. enrolment vs attendance mismatches) and support resolution with evidence.
Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for actions taken in the LMS.
C) LMS Data Quality & Validation Support
Support routine LMS data checks and validation activities, including user, enrolment, and attendance records.
Assist with post‑patch or system update validations, flagging anomalies for follow‑up.
Support basic reconciliation related to SAP–LMS syncing issues, escalating exceptions when required.
D) SSG / WSQ Audit Support
Support SSG grant submission activities, including collation of required training records, attendance evidence, assessment outcomes, and supporting documents.
Assist in responding to SSG audit queries and clarification requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Work closely with the LQS office and CCU team to ensure ongoing compliance with SSG funding requirements.
E) Administrative & Operational Support
Support training‑related administrative processes that feed into reporting, billing, or compliance workflows.
Assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks during peak training or audit periods.
Requirements
Must‑Have
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with audit‑sensitive data.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate, well‑organised records.
Clear written communication and confidence liaising with internal stakeholders.
Good‑to‑Have
Experience in training administration, LMS support, HR operations, or compliance/audit support.
Familiarity with SSG / WSQ training or audit processes.
Comfortable with data validation, reconciliation, and evidence preparation.
Working Arrangement
Part‑time hours with flexibility to support training cycles and audit periods.
