Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is entering an exciting new chapter.


Due to significant growth within our community, the College is proud to announce it's expansion into Years 11 (in 2027) and 12 (in 2028), offering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), VCE VM and VET. As we grow, we are seeking passionate, innovative and driven educators to step into a range of positions.


Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs currently provides education to over 1100 students in Melbourne’s West, with predicted enrolments of 1600 students by 2028.

The Learning Support Officer (LSO) works collaboratively with the Director of Learning Diversity, classroom teachers and College leaders to provide targeted support for students with diverse learning needs. The Learning Support Officer contributes to creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment where all students are inspired and challenged to reach their potential.

As a member of the College staff, the Learning Support Officer will promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. The Learning Support Officer will actively participate in the implementation of the College Vision and Mission Statement and be guided by the College motto of Live Fully Act Justly.
