- Salary: Up to $5,000/month
- Contract: Immediate to February 2027 (must be able to commit for the full contract duration)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
Join a leading organization as an Estate Management Executive, supporting the management of a diverse real estate portfolio. You will be involved in lease administration, real estate transactions, landlord and tenant management, portfolio reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage lease administration, including lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking
- Review leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate lease agreement reviews with legal teams and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain lease records, portfolio databases, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports
- Coordinate with brokers and service providers on property transactions and site inspections
- Support rental payment processes and resolve lease-related discrepancies
- Conduct due diligence on landlords, tenants, and counterparties
- Assist with property tax reviews, valuations, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
- Support marketing and leasing activities for client-owned properties
- Prepare management reports, portfolio analyses, and performance updates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance policies, and audit processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the real estate portfolio
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in estate management, lease administration, property management, or a related field
- Good understanding of leasing processes and landlord/tenant management
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
