About the Role

Adept Lessor Limited, a finance lease and asset-financing company in Nigeria, is seeking a Lease Sales Officer to drive revenue growth, acquire clients, and promote its leasing products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Research company products and provide accurate information to clients.
• Prepare proposals, sales documents, payment schedules, and acceptance certificates for approval.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow up on lease sales from prospecting to asset delivery.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, analytics, and disbursement documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely disbursement and service delivery.
• Participate in credit review meetings and collaborate with the social media team on marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to drive sales, acquire and retain clients, and achieve organizational targets.
