Lease Sales Representative

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Lease Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for growing and supporting TLG’s lease business by promoting lease products and services to both existing customers and prospective accounts. The Lease Sales Representative will work to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, understand customer transportation needs, and provide solutions that align with TLG’s commitment to quality service and long-term partnership. This role requires a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, following up on leads, presenting leasing options, and partnering with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new lease sales opportunities with existing customers and prospective accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding transportation needs and recommending appropriate leasing solutions.
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Present lease products, services, and value-added solutions that support customer operations and TLG business goals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through lease execution.
- Meet established sales goals while maintaining accurate customer records and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in related field is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record must adhere to TLG MVR Guidelines
